Neighborhood overview
The forest for jogging or walking is directly on the other side of the street, a little park in fornt of the house creates a calm traffic-zone. Bakery, Butcher, Bank, supermarket, hair-stylist etc. is everything reachable in only 3 min afoot. The next shopping street is located in Gräfelfing, 20 min. afoot or 5 min with the bus.
Lakes as the Starnberger Lake, the Wörthsee or the Ammersee are reachable withing 20-30 min by car. There you will find golf-courses, the popular restaurant "Fischer Wirt" in Inning, sailing boat trips and many, many green meadows at the lake to relax.
