The spaceThe apartment is located on the 1st floor of a house in the Bauhaus style. With 1000m "garden, it has a separate entrance, private staircase, view on a small park, and dogs are welcomed.
The apartment is very brightly furnished with large windows, parquet floor, bath, internet, cable TV and everything that makes the chalet charm
The 60m2 apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bathroom with a bathtub, 1 kitchen with dishwasher, a large entrance area, its own staircase and its own garden gate.
Also there is an extendible leather couch, on which 2 persons can sleep.
Guest accessThe wood-terrace, the private entrance area and the big garden.
Additional notesThe condo is perfectly suitable for longer stays. For a family with children, we have a big garden to play soccer or catch tadpole in our little pond. Everything in the apartement and the garden is very easy to clean and therefore also suited for a stay with dogs.

Neighborhood overviewPerfect location, to be 15 min away from the Munich city centre and still live in a green oasis.
In the summer, you can relax half the day in the hammock before you meet for a cafe in the city.
The forest for jogging or cycling is just on the opposite of the street, an insider tip among Munich: the idyllic "Handwerkerheim" Beergarden with old chestnut trees and a playground, it is reachable in 10 min by bike and is located in the middle of the forest. The jogging or cycling route can be traversed for almost 20 km through foresty terrain. ;
Gräfelfing, the garden city itself has everything you need, cinema, shops, ice cream parlors, restaurants, sports facilities such as tennis, soccer, the river and the floodplains of the Würm, all within a few minutes.
Getting aroundTo get the trainstation, you need to walk for 3 min down the road.
In 5 min one is at the Hackerbrücke ( the trainstation, where you have to get off, if you want to get to the Oktoberfest );
In 6 min you are at the "Donnersberger bridge", from there the trains all go in the direction to the mountains, Tegernsee and Schliersee;
In 10 min you are at the main station, in 15 min at the Marienplatz.
